There's a place for you here.

Iowa City Free Lunch is powered by volunteers. More than 900 people give their time each year to help prepare meals, serve guests, clean the kitchen, organize supplies, and keep everything running behind the scenes. Our volunteer teams range from long-time groups that have been with us for decades to people who are joining us for the first time.
